Eligibility Criteria:
- Senior Relationship Manager (Senior Manager / AVP) –
Educational Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduate from a recognised university under a regular curriculum, with five years of work experience in sourcing / processing loans / MSME loans, including three years of experience as a Relationship Manager.
Age Limit: Minimum 28 years and maximum 38 years as on 31.08.2026 (may be relaxed in deserving cases).
- Relationship Manager (Manager) –
Educational Qualification: Any Graduation or Post-Graduation in first class, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in a Bank in sourcing/processing loans/MSME loans/retail loans.
Age Limit: 35 years
- Relationship Manager (Assistant Manager) –
Educational Qualification: Any Graduation or Post-Graduation in first class, with at least two years of relevant experience in a Bank in sourcing/processing loans/MSME loans/retail loans.
Age Limit: 35 years
