Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:
10+2 qualified. Medallist at Junior/Senior level representing the State in National competitions, or have represented the country at International level (individual event), or have represented a State/country in National/International competitions at Junior/Senior level (team event), or be a medallist in Khelo India Games & Youth Games or above.
Age Limit: 17½ to 25 years
Direct Entry Chief Petty Officer (Sports Entry)
Educational Qualification: 10+2 qualified. Must be a medal winner in the World Championship/Asian Championship, Asian Games, CWG/World Cup; have represented India twice in the Asian Games/Commonwealth Games/World Cup; or have represented India in the Olympics.
Age Limit: 17½ to 25 years
Salary Details:
- Direct Entry Petty Officer (Sports Entry) – Pay Level 5 + MSP Rs 5,200/- per month plus DA (Stipend of Rs 14,600/- per month during initial training)
- Direct Entry Chief Petty Officer (Sports Entry) – Pay Level 6 + MSP Rs 5,200/- per month plus DA (Stipend of Rs 14,600/- per month during initial training)
Selection Process
- Shortlisting based on higher sports achievements
- Selection Trials at designated Naval Centers
- Medical Examination at INS Hamla, Mumbai / INS India, Delhi
- Police Verification and Offer of Enrolment
