Basic Eligibility Requirements
- Junior Executive (Engineering): Requires a Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, Civil, or Chemical) with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Junior Executive (Accounts): Requires Inter CA/Inter CMA plus graduation, with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in finance functions.
- Associate Executive (Quality Assurance): Requires an M.Sc in Chemistry with 3 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant laboratory setting.
- Secretary BPCL: Requires a Bachelor’s degree (3-year course) and 5 years of relevant work experience as a Secretary or similar role.
