How to Open and Check Your Name in the Result PDF
The process is simple. You do not need to register or log in anywhere to view the PDF. Just follow these steps:
- Open the official India Post GDS portal on your phone or computer: https://indiapost.gov.in/gdsonlineengagement
- Look for the Results section. You should see links for List 1, List 2, and List 3 under Tamil Nadu Circle.
- Click on ‘List 3’ to open the PDF directly. On most browsers and phones it opens automatically.
- Once the PDF loads, press Ctrl+F on a computer (or use the search option on your PDF viewer on mobile) and type your name or registration number.
- If your name appears, note the Division name and any other instructions written next to your entry — this usually tells you where to report for verification.
- Save or bookmark the PDF. Take a printout if you can, since you may need to carry it when you go for
