Eligibility Criteria:
- Junior Officer / Business Promotion Officer
Educational Qualification: Graduation in any stream. Minimum 2 years of experience in Banks/NBFCs in retail assets/liability products.
Age Limit: Maximum of 30 years (Born on or after 01.08.1996), as on 31.07.2026.
Salary Details:
- Junior Officer / Business Promotion Officer – Total CTC Rs.7.85 lakhs per annum (Fixed CTC Rs.4.49 lakhs including NPS contribution, Variable Pay Rs.2.88 lakhs, Health Insurance Premium Rs.0.48 lakhs with coverage of Rs.5.25 lakhs). Special allowance of Rs.10,000/month (Delhi, Mumbai, Pune regions) or Rs.5,000/month (Ahmedabad region) after 3 months of active service, subject to performance review.
