Age Limit (varies by post):
- Deputy Vice President – Secretarial Section / Global NRI Centre Head (GNC): Minimum 40 years and not more than 50 years.
- Deputy CFO (Vice President): Minimum 45 years and not more than 55 years.
- Law Officer (Manager Cadre): Not more than 35 years.
- Branch Head: Minimum 30 years and not more than 45 years.
- Specialist Officers (IT, Data Scientist, Statistician): Not exceeding 40 or 35 years (depending on the specific role).
- Deputy Vice President – Secretarial Section:
- Educational Qualification: UG/PG in regular stream and Qualified ACS (Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India).
- Experience: Minimum four years’ experience in the Bank / a Listed Company as Company Secretary.
- Place of Posting: Head Office, Thoothukudi.
- Global NRI Centre Head (GNC) – Deputy Vice President:
- Educational Qualification: Any Graduate/ PG from a recognized university under a regular curriculum.
- Experience: Ten years of work experience in Banking and handling NRI business, with five years in a supervisory or managerial cadre.
- Place of Posting: Ernakulam, Kerala.
- Deputy CFO (Vice President):
- Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant by Qualification.
- Experience: Ten years of experience in overseeing financial operations, preferably accounting and taxation matters, in Banks/ Large corporates / PSUs/ FIs/ Financial services organizations.
- Place of Posting: Head Office, Thoothukudi.
- Law Officer – Manager Cadre:
- Educational Qualification: BL/ML or other equivalent degree.
- Experience: Four years of Bar Experience or work experience in a Bank or Financial Institution for at least two years as an officer in a legal department.
- Place of Posting: Mumbai, Maharashtra (Only candidates from the respective state are eligible).
Selection Process
