Eligibility Criteria:
- Chief Manager – Specialist Officer (Scale IV) –
Educational Qualification: As per Annexure – I of the official notification (relevant Degree / Post Graduation in the respective stream along with the prescribed professional experience and mandatory certification such as CISA/ CISM/ CISSP where applicable).
Age Limit: 28 to 40 years as on 01.08.2026 (28 to 42 years for IT Officer with CISA/ CISM/ CISSP qualifications and 32 to 42 years for Information Security).
- Senior Manager – Specialist Officer (Scale III) –
Educational Qualification: As per Annexure – I of the official notification (relevant Degree / Post Graduation in the respective stream along with the prescribed professional experience and mandatory certification where applicable).
Age Limit: 28 to 37 years as on 01.08.2026 (28 to 40 years for IT Officer with CISA/ CISM/ CISSP qualifications).
- Manager – Specialist Officer (Scale II) –
Educational Qualification: As per Annexure – I of the official notification (relevant Degree / Post Graduation in the respective stream along with the prescribed professional experience; Law Officers, Fire Officer and Security Officer as per the qualifications specified for those posts).
Age Limit: 25 to 35 years as on 01.08.2026 (25 to 32 years for Information Security, 27 to 35 years for IT Officer with CISA/ CISM/ CISSP qualifications and 25 to 30 years for Law Officers).
- Officer / Civil Engineer – Specialist Officer (Scale I) –
Educational Qualification: As per Annexure – I of the official notification (relevant Degree in the respective stream; Civil Engineer as per the qualification specified for that post).
Age Limit: 21 to 30 years as on 01.08.2026 (22 to 30 years for Officer-Information Security and 25 to 30 years for Civil Engineer).
Age Relaxation:

Selection Process
● Scrutiny of eligibility criteria and shortlisting based on the documents uploaded at the time of registration
● Online Examination – English Language (25 marks, qualifying) and Professional Knowledge relevant to the post (100 marks), composite time of 100 minutes
● Personal Interview (100 marks)
● Final merit list based on 60:40 weightage of Online Examination and Interview
