Eligibility Criteria:
1. General Employee (MTS) – Regular
- Educational Qualification: Matriculation
- Desired Qualification/Requirement: A multi-task person. Diploma/Degree/Experience & Competency in Cooking, Bakery, Electrician, Plumbing, Driving, Tailor, Computer Hardware, CCTV and Networking Maintenance & Repair, Horse Grooming, Housekeeping & Handling of office equipment. Experience of working in Boarding Schools. Conversant in Hindi/ English & Tamil. Physically fit. A multi-skilled candidate with experience will be preferred.
- Age Limit: Between 21 to 50 years (as on 01 May 2026).
2. PEM/PTI-cum-Matron (Female) – Contractual (1 year)
- Educational Qualification: Intermediate or equivalent examination. Experience in handling students and housekeeping duties in a residential school/Institution. Physically fit.
- Desired Qualification/Requirement: Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed) – 4 yrs Degree Course OR Three years Graduation + One year B.P.Ed Diploma OR B.Sc Physical Education, Health Education & Sports + One year B.P.Ed Diploma. Ability to speak in Hindi/Tamil/English fluently. Achievement in sports/Art/Music/Extra Curricular activities.
- Age Limit: Between 21 to 50 years (as on 01 Jul 2026).
3. Ward Boys – Contractual (1 year)
- Educational Qualification:
- Matriculation or equivalent examination.
- Experience in handling students and housekeeping duties in a residential school/Institution. Physically fit.
- Desired Qualification/Requirement: Ex-servicemen will be given preference. Candidates with higher qualifications. Previous experience in Military Training Institution/ Military Schools/ Sainik Schools/ Boarding Schools.
- Age Limit: Between 21 to 50 years (as on 01 Jul 2026).

- Ward Boys: Rs. 22,000/- to Rs. 25,000/- Consolidated p.m. based on experience.
