Eligibility Criteria:
Stipendiary Trainee/Technician (Plant Operator) –
Educational Qualification: HSC (10+2) or ISC with Science stream (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics) with minimum 50% marks in aggregate. English should have been studied as one of the subjects at least at the SSC (10th) level.
Age Limit: 18-24 years
Stipendiary Trainee/Technician (Electronics Mechanic/Instrument Mechanic/Electrician/Fitter/Turner/Machinist/Welder) –
Educational Qualification: SSC (10th) with minimum 50% marks in Science subject(s) and Mathematics individually + 2 years ITI certificate in the relevant trade. Where the ITI course duration is less than 2 years, at least 1 year of relevant work experience after completion of the course is required. English should have been studied as one of the subjects at least at the SSC (10th) level.
Age Limit: 18-24 years
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: +5 years
- OBC (NCL): +3 years
- PwBD (Gen/EWS): +10 years
- PwBD (SC/ST): +15 years
- PwBD (OBC): +13 years (cumulative if belonging to OBC(NCL)/SC/ST)
Salary Details:
- Stipendiary Trainee/Technician (Plant Operator) – Stipend Rs. 20,000/- per month (First year) and Rs. 22,000/- per month (Second year) with a one-time book allowance of Rs. 3,000/-.
- On successful completion of training, absorbed as Technician-B in Level-3 of Pay Matrix with Basic Pay Rs. 21,700/- and other applicable allowances.
- Stipendiary Trainee/Technician (Electronics Mechanic/Instrument Mechanic/Electrician/Fitter/Turner/Machinist/Welder) – Stipend Rs. 20,000/- per month (First year) and Rs. 22,000/- per month (Second year) with a one-time book allowance of Rs. 3,000/-. On successful completion of training, absorbed as Technician-B in Level-3 of Pay Matrix with Basic Pay Rs. 21,700/- and other applicable allowances.
