Eligibility Criteria:
- Senior Executive Trainee (Telecom Stream) –
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of Technology degree or equivalent engineering degree with a minimum of 60% marks on a regular full-time basis in disciplines such as Electronics and Telecommunication, Electronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a combination of these emerging branches.
- Age Limit (as on 07.03.2026): Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 30 years.
- Senior Executive Trainee (Finance Stream) –
- Educational Qualification: Charted Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountancy (CMA).
- Age Limit (as on 07.03.2026): Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 30 years.
Age Relaxation (Upper Age Limit):
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): +3 years (Max. 33 Years)
- SC/ST: +5 years (Max. 35 Years)

Salary Details:
- Senior Executive Trainee (SET-DR): Recruited in the IDA pay scale [E-3] of ₹24900 – ₹50500/- (pre-revised).
- Probation and Training: Two years of probation running concurrently with a 52-week training schedule.
- Career Progression: After successful probation, designated as Senior Executive (DR) in E-3 Pay Scale, with consideration for promotion to Assistant General Manager (E-4 Pay Scale) after a minimum of 3 years of service from the date of appointment.
