There are 30 total vacancies for the Customer Service Associate position. Candidates who meet the eligibility and sports qualifications are eligible to apply. Eligibility Criteria: Customer Service Associate
Age Limit: Minimum: 20 years, Maximum: 28 years (Cut-Off Date as on 01.04.2026)
Educational Qualification: Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualifications recognized as such by the Central Government.
Sports Qualifications (Must meet one of the following):
Should have represented a State / U.T. / the country in the National / International competition.
Medal winner in Junior National Championships.
Medal winner in Khelo India Youth Games (age category above 18 years).
Medal winner in Khelo India Winter Games or Khelo India Para Games.
Medal winner in Khelo India University Games.
Medal winner in School Games Federation of India (SGFI) in the mentioned games/sports.
Should have represented their University in the Inter-University Tournaments.
Should have represented the State / U.T. School Team in the National Sports/games for schools.
Age Relaxation:
General / EWS (Meritorious Sportspersons): +5 Years
Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe: +10 years
Other Backward Classes (NCL): +8 years
Salary Details:
The pay scale is: 24050 – 1340 x 3 – 28070 – 1650 x 3 – 33020 – 2000 x 4 – 41020 – 2340 x 7 – 57400 – 4400 x 1 – 61800 – 2680 x 1 – 64480 (20 years).
In addition to basic pay, selected candidates are entitled to allowances and benefits as per the Bank’s policies and industry-level bipartite settlement.
