Eligibility Criteria:
- Junior Associate (Customer Support & Sales) –
Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognised University or any equivalent qualification recognised as such by the Central Government. Candidates in the final year/semester of graduation may also apply provisionally, subject to producing proof of passing on or before 31.12.2026.
Age Limit: Not below 20 years and not above 28 years as on 01.04.2026 (candidates must have been born not earlier than 02.04.1998 and not later than 01.04.2006, both days inclusive).
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ ST: +5 years
- OBC: +3 years
- PwBD (OBC): +13 years
- PwBD (SC/ ST): +15 years
- Ex-Servicemen/ Disabled Ex-Servicemen: Actual period of service rendered in defence services + 3 years (8 years for Disabled Ex-Servicemen belonging to SC/ST), subject to max. age of 50 years
- Widows, Divorced women and women judicially separated from their husbands who are not remarried: 7 years (subject to maximum age limit of 38 years for OBC & 40 years for SC/ST candidates)
- Trained Apprentices of SBI: OBC – 4 years, SC/ST – 6 years, PwBD (OBC) – 14 years, PwBD (SC/ST) – 16 years

Selection Process
- Phase-I: Preliminary Examination (Objective Test – English Language, Numerical Ability, Reasoning Ability)
- Phase-II: Main Examination (General/Financial Awareness, General English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude)
- Phase-III: Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT), wherever applicable
