Eligibility Criteria:
- Deputy Director (Medical) –
Educational Qualification: A recognized Postgraduate Medical qualification approved under the Medical Council Act, 1956. (Desirable: Some training in medical education technology and/or knowledge of modern evaluation techniques, including generation of MCQs, MEQs, analysis of performance of candidates, etc.)
Age Limit: Not exceeding 35 years
- Junior Programmer –
Educational Qualification: B.Tech / BE / BCA / DOEACC (‘B’ or ‘C’ level) / Degree in Computer Science / IT / Electronics with specialization in computers, or equivalent.
Age Limit: Below 27 years
- Junior Accountant –
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree with Maths or Statistics, or a Degree in Commerce from a recognized University, and must qualify the examination prescribed by NBEMS. (Desirable: Three years’ experience in dealing with Accounts in a Govt. Institution with knowledge of computer-based accounting.)
Age Limit: Below 27 years
- Stenographer –
Educational Qualification: Senior Secondary (12th of 10+2). Must possess stenographic skill of 80/30 WPM in Shorthand/Typing and qualify the test in General English/Shorthand & Typewriting conducted by the Board. (Desirable: Two years’ experience as a Steno in Govt./PSU/Autonomous Body and ability of word processing on Computer.)
Age Limit: 18-27 years
- Junior Assistant –
Educational Qualification: Passed Senior Secondary Examination from a recognized Board/University; proficiency in the use of Computers and basic software packages such as Windows/Network Operating System, working in LAN architecture; must qualify the examination prescribed by NBEMS.
Age Limit: Below 27 years
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ ST: +5 years
- OBC: +3 years
- PwBD (Gen/ EWS): +10 years
- PwBD (SC/ ST): +15 years
- PwBD (OBC): +13 years
- Ex-Servicemen: 3 years after deduction of military service rendered from actual age (as per Govt. Policy)

Selection Process
- JA, Stenographer & JA: Stage-I – CBT of 200 marks / 200 questions (180 minutes), with negative marking of 0.25 for each wrong answer.
- Stage-II – Computer Knowledge/Skill Test of 100 marks (75 minutes).
- No interview shall be held for selection to Group B and Group C posts.
