Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree.
- Essential knowledge of personal computers and standard software applications (specifically MS Office) is mandatory.
Age Limit (As on the closing date):
- 27 Years.
Upper Age Relaxation:
- Age relaxation is permissible for SC, ST, and OBC candidates as notified by the Government of India from time to time.
- Candidates seeking relaxation must produce valid community/caste certificates in the prescribed format meant for central government appointments.
Pay Scale & Core Benefits
- Pay Scale Level: Level-04 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix (₹25,500 – ₹81,100).
- Allowances: The regular posts carry usual pay and allowances as per the Central Government Rules applicable to the Institute.
- Probation Period: Selected candidates will be on probation for a period of two years. Confirmation in the regular post is subject to the satisfactory completion of probation.
- Pension Scheme: Appointees will be governed by the National Pension System (NPS).
- Transfer Liability: Appointees are liable to be posted anywhere in India at any of the IIA field stations and facilities based on administrative requirements.
Selection Process
The selection strategy to shortlist the final merit pool involves multiple assessment components:
- Initial Screening: Applications will be thoroughly screened based on the essential qualification benchmarks. If the volume of applications is large, IIA reserves the right to raise the screening bar by requiring higher qualifications than the advertised minimum.
- Written Test: Shortlisted profiles will be called for a mandatory written test.
- Skill Test: The Institute reserves the right to conduct a professional skill test. The marks obtained in the skill test are qualifying in nature and will not count toward the final merit list except to resolve tie cases.
- Testing Location: The written test and skill test will be held exclusively at Bengaluru.

- Step 3: Log in using your registered credentials and fill up all required fields in the application form completely.
- Step 4: Scan and convert your educational certificates and experience certificates separately into single-page or multi-page PDF documents. Ensure they are clearly readable.
- Step 5: Upload your recent scanned passport photograph, signature, date of birth certificate, degree certificates, valid caste certificate, and your updated Curriculum Vitae (CV).Crucial Note on Experience: Experience certificates must be issued on the official letterhead of the regular employer, containing the authorized signature and seal. Offer letters, joining slips, or payslips will not be considered valid proof of experience.

- Step 7: Save the online Registration Number generated by the system and print a hard copy of the submitted form for reference. Candidates must produce this physical copy when called for the test.
