Eligibility Criteria:
Age Limit: (as on 01-08-2026)
- For posts with 18-27 years age limit: Candidate must have been born not earlier than 02-08-1999 and not later than 01-08-2008.
- For posts with 20-30 years age limit: Candidate must have been born not earlier than 02-08-1996 and not later than 01-08-2006.
- For posts with 18-30 years age limit: Candidate must have been born not earlier than 02-08-1996 and not later than 01-08-2008.
- For posts with 18-32 years age limit (Junior Statistical Officer): Candidate must have been born not earlier than 02-08-1994 and not later than 01-08-2008.
Relaxation in Upper Age Limit:
- Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe (SC/ST): 5 years.
- Other Backward Classes (OBC): 3 years.
- Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD): 10 years (13 years for OBC, 15 years for SC/ST).
- Ex-Servicemen (ESM): 3 years after deduction of the military service rendered.
- Central Govt. Civilian Employees (3+ years continuous service): Up to 40 years of age (Up to 45 years for SC/ST).
- Widows/Divorced Women/judicially separated Women who are not remarried: Up to 35 years of age (Up to 40 years for SC/ST).
Selection Process
Selection is based on the final allotment of posts on the basis of merit-cum-preferences, subject to fulfillment of post-specific requirements (e.g., Physical Standards, Physical Tests, and Medical Standards for certain posts like Inspector, Sub-Inspector, etc.).
