Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification: Graduation Degree in any Discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualifications recognized by the Central Government. For candidates registered under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS), the date of passing their Graduation should not be more than 4 years preceding the cut-off date (01.05.2026).
Age Limit: (as on 01.05.2026)
Min: 20 years, Max: 28 years
Relaxation in Upper Age Limit:
- Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe: 5 years
- Other Backward Classes (Non Creamy Layer): 3 years
- Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD) (UR/EWS): 10 Years
- PwBD (OBC): 13 Years
- PwBD (SC/ST): 15 Years
Candidates who had training or job experience for a period of one year or more after completing the educational qualification shall not be eligible.
Selection Process
Selection would be based on:
- Online Examination
- Document Verification
- Test of local language of the State
The Online Examination (objective type) tentative structure includes:
- General/Financial Awareness (25 questions, 25 marks)
- Quantitative & Reasoning Aptitude (25 questions, 25 marks)
- Computer Knowledge (25 questions, 25 marks)
- General English (25 questions, 25 marks)
- Total duration is 60 minutes, with the medium of test in Hindi/English.
Monthly Amount:
Apprentices receive a stipend of Rs. 15,000/- per month during the one-year engagement period.

Apply Procedure:
- Candidates should mandatorily first register themselves on the Government of India apprenticeship portals: NATS portal (https://nats.education.gov.in) and NAPS portal (https://www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in).
- After completing the application on NAPS/NATS, eligible candidates would receive an email from [email protected] to fill the final “Application cum Examination Form” where they will provide personal data, choice of location/center, category, PWBD status, and make online payment of the applicable fee/charges.
- The process is complete only when the applicable fee/charges are deposited with BFSI SSC.
- Candidates can apply for engagement as an apprentice in one State/UT only and must select up to three preferred training locations.
